Officers Meeting Minutes for Thursday April 3rd:
Keith Larson verified the North Texas Chapter has purchased an over head
projector.

                            The officers discussed plans for future meetings including Andy's
presentation on RF design May 15th and the North Texas Designers Council
Annual picnic in June. Susan offered for Circuit Design Specialties to

                            sponsor and cater BBQ for the May 15th meeting which will be held at the
Plano Library. Susan also stated Lone Star Circuits in Wylie would like
to have an open house for the North Texas Chapter and do a full tour
                            
with food and drinks provided. The officers agreed that July would be
the best time to schedule Lone Star. Susan will confirm with Lone Star a

                            date of July 17th. Charlie talked about Rick Hartley coming down in the
fall to speak and possibly scheduling a full day or two
conference/symposium and attendance charges for that were discussed. The

                            meeting ended confirming a full schedule for the next few months
beginning with the Andy's May 15th presentation and following through to
Rick Hartley's visit in the fall.
