A question was raised regarding the end of school timing. Here are some
answers.
Plano schools end May 23rd
Richardson schools end May 30th

Summer
A June picnic event was discussed with a proposed location of Bob
Woodruff park. Charlie will look into cost and permission details.
Bob Woodruff is booked...Russell Creek is available June 7 8am-2pm
cost is $10
We need sponsors for food and drinks

Other miscellaneous items
Louis Tanner inquired about a focus on membership development and will
follow up with Charlie Capers.
Various suggestions for September and October meetings were discussed
with no conclusion.  Suggestions are requested.

We may want to plan a 1 day workshop with Rick Hartley on EMI and Crosstalk control

in October sometime. I will see Rick next week and discuss possible dates.

I suggest $125 for members and $175 for non-members with a free membership to the council.

 

We need topics/speakers for Sept. and Nov. chapter meetings
