     Discussed setting up an investment account with chapter funds. Action item Keith.

     Discussed CAD Vendor night for November chapter meeting. Damon will contact the vendors.

     Discussed membership issues; ways to encourage membership.

     Agreed to buy a digital camera as door prize for next chapter meeting. Action Paul.

     Appointed Damon Oran as Publicity Officer.

     Agreed to add Paul Bartholomew to signature card for chapter checking account.

     Agreed to have Keith Larson take ATE Conference surveys to add to spreadsheet and calculate results.

Discussed making the September meeting subject "Board Testing", including assembled and bare boards and laser testing. Glenn and Woody to contact the presenters and forward abstracts to Keith and Andy.

Agreed to add the general membership list to the web site. Action Keith.

Agreed to archive meeting minutes on the web site. Action Keith.
