Marketing stuff:

Doug will get credit card stuff done as soon as possible to get the cash
into the bank.

Doug has offered to let us use his corporate credit card to fund our
activities until the cash is in the bank. On behalf of the Chapter, I'd
like to thank Doug for his very generous offer - it's a big thing. I feel
we may be ok but appreciate the offer and if I need to use it then I will.

Glenn doesn't have a working A/V system.

Damon will see if his projector will take an video/audio input for
projecting a video picture.
Glenn will bring a VCR for the conference.
Please work together to have all cables etc where needed for the A/V stuff.
Extension cords will be provided by the hotel but some of your own wouldn't
hurt.
Damon and Doug will look at purchasing a sound system

Doug will bring a screen, an overhead projector, easel and large pad to the
conference.

Keith will make up some signs for our sponsors and email to Mike Korson
Mike will plot these onto large sheets ready for display at the conference.
Doug will bring in a suitable backboard

Damon will organise the tickets to be issued to registrants for two free
drinks at the bar after dinner on Thursday.
Damon will organise cards and stamps to be given to our sponsors to stamp
attendee's visits to each sponsor, and to be used for the last draw after
the panel discussion.
Damon will supply Valor pens for registrants
Damon will look after the sponsors Thursday morning
Keith and Michelle will man the registration desk on Thursday
Keith will prepare name tags for people registered - printed for known
registrants and hand written for those extras who turn up on the day.

We will all wear Chapter T-shirts on the two days
Andy will get Woody an XL one to wear.

Doug will print and mail certificates after the conference

Filming:
Cerprobe will be arranging a film of the conference.

registrations much easier. Seems Alcatel has a similar arrangement. Maybe
Motorola too.
