     Discussed certificates for attendees to the ATE conference.

     Keith made a motion to nominate members as officers, Glenn seconded the motion.
     Nominations include:
     President - Dwight Schirmer
     Vice President - Keith Larson
     Vice President-Education - Doug Boone
     Secretary/ Treasurer - Paul Bartholomew
     Publicity Officer - Damon Oran
     Officer At-Large - Andy Kowalewski
     Officer At-Large - Kris Kistner

     Discussed membership issues; ways to encourage membership.
     Items included:
     move Chapter meetings to afternoons,
     focus on educational format,
     have some technology presentations outside of the PCB industry (i.e., Home Theater, etc.)

     Agreed to invite Doug Brooks to give an all-day seminar on High-Speed Design/ Signal Integrity in February for Chapter members.

     Discussed chapter newsletter. Need to send e-mail to members with PCB Layout tips.
